After 43 years as a local preacher in the Methodist Church in the Caribbean and the Americans (MCCA), Rev Winston Delaney brings years of preaching and administrative talent ministry to the Hoggard African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church.

With a love for youth and volunteering her gifts and talents, Rev Deborah Grant is committed to changing the world, one youth at a time. With her gifts and talents, she supports the Administrative Ministry as part of the Hoggard African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church team.
